If you have feedback, or general questions, contact us via our webpage at www.nfg-pay.com.

Formal Complaint Process
If you have a complaint with NFG Pay, you agree to first contact NFG Pay through our support team to attempt to resolve any such dispute amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute through NFG Pay Support, you must filing any arbitration or small claims action.

Procedural Steps
In the event that the dispute is not resolved through your contact with NFG Pay Support, you agree to use our complaint form to describe your dispute, how you would like us to resolve the complaint, and any other relevant information. The complaint form can be requested from NFG Pay Customer Support. A NFG Pay customer relations agent will review and evaluate your complaint based on the information you have provided and information in the possession of NFG Pay. The Formal Complaint Process is completed when NFG Pay responds to your complaint or forty-five (45) business days after the date we receive your complaint, whichever occurs first.
